Vesta Apartments

A mixed-tenure scheme of 137, one, two and three bedroom apartments built opposite Cambridge railway station. The green development, which prioritised cycling and public transport over car use, included 29 homes for affordable rent and 29 more for shared ownership; the remaining 79 apartments were sold by Hill Partnerships.

Mount Pleasant Halls

The project was led by Howard Osborne LLP in partnership with St Edmund’s College and L&G. Mount Pleasant Halls provides 277 modern, purpose-built rooms for students and academic staff at St Edmund’s College. The ensuite bedrooms and studio flats were constructed on the site of Mount Pleasant House, a former 1970s office block in the north of the city, demolished at the end of 2017.
